Prometal is founded in 2000 in Bursa for manufacturing precision zinc & aluminium diecast components. Our company has 5.000 m² production area in the Bursa industrial zone with in-house tool design & tool manufacturing. We supply various components to automotive, whitegoods, machine hardware, home appliences sectors with our experienced team. Our vision is to Perform the leading role in Turkey zinc & aluminium diecasting market while being a previliged global supplier. Value Engineering and R&D is the key philosopy for Prometal to improve the capability of the components and processes. Our diecasting machines range are from 20 tons to 200 tons zamak conventional and in multislide technology, total are 32 machines. Aluminum diecasting range is from 300 tons to 800 tons, total are 7 machines. Diecasting capacity of Prometal is 6000 tons.We have in-house facilities for finishing operations such as tapping, reaming, machining and assembly. The surface coating are at approved sub-suppliers. We provide cost advantages to our customers with quality and on time delivery. European green deal As Prometal, we have carried out greenhouse gas emission calculations in our business within the scope of the European Green Agreement. In this context, we can monitor all greenhouse gas sources of our enterprise by commissioning a special software. Within the scope of these studies, we use renewable energy for electricity, our biggest source of greenhouse gas emissions. Thus, we maintain our goals to become a carbon neutral business.
