KROS AUTOMOTIVE

Kros Automotive has its origins in Repka Rubber company, founded in 1990 in Çerkezköy, which was established to produce rubber-based hoses for automotive industry. After starting to deliver rubber hoses for OEM customers in 1997, our company has adjusted its production process and product portfolio in order to meet changing customer demands and expectations. In this frame in 2002, we have started to produce fluid transfer systems for OEM customers. As of 2006, our company decided to continue its activities in Kütahya city as KROS Automotive (Kütahya Repka Otomotiv Sanayi). In 2012, Kros has started to manufacture Controlling Lines which has an important share in current product portfolio. In order to meet JIT requirements of our customers, we have established a modern logistics center in North Rhine Westphalia (NRW) State in Germany in 2014. 2017 was another milestone in Kros history when we have taken the first concrete step towards globalization. Established in second half of 2017, Kros Automotive Mexico has now completed softlanding process and started serial production. Kros Automotive Mexico is now regarded as a valued partner to OEM and Tier-1 customers in fluid transfer systems in North America Region (NAR). Within the frame of industrial diversification strategy, as of June 2018 Kros has acquired Renkler Makina, a qualified metal processor, established in 1980 in Turkey. EV charging business has been another strategic field that Kros has invested in. Considering the rapid transformation towards EV mobility, Kros has been a partner to Zebra Electronics, an emobility infrastructure solutions provider. Established in Turkey in 2011, Zebra Electronics has a wide range of business lines from charging stations operation to software & hardware manufacturing. Kros has also recently started to manufacture chargers for Zebra Electronics, which is a totally unique competency for our company. We started to carbon footprint project with UIB. In this context, we receive consultancy services. İn 2022’de we commissioned solar energy system. With this project, we plan to produce approximately 49% of our energy.
