Beyçelik Gestamp Technology and Tooling Plant continues to add value to the country's economy and sector with its sustainability, continuous development and customer-oriented principle in its 215.000 m² facilities in 5 different locations, domestically and internationally. Our new plant operates in Bursa Karacabey Teknosab region. Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis Plant operating in 2 factories in Kocaeli Taysad Organized Industrial Zone with a total closed area of 35,900 m², produces with high technology and robot automation automated cold stamping, robotic MIG/MAG welding, cataphoresis, post-painting machining and bushing processes. The facility manufactures wish bones control arm, front sleeper motor traverse, rear axle, chassis carrier arms trailing arm and tank lid fuel filler lid mechanisms designed by Beyçelik Gestamp Şasi A.Ş. Within the scope of the EU Green Deal, as Beyçelik Gestamp, we started our carbon footprint calculation process in 2021 and we are in the reporting phase and we started our calculations for 2022. Environment and Sustainability Unit was established. ISO 14064 Basic Trainings of our personnel in the Unit and Directorate have been completed.The major factor that increases our carbon footprint is electrical energy consumption. In this context, ISO 50001 Energy Management System has been established in our company and its campuses in 2022. Certification has been received from the TSE institution. At the same time, The Sustainability Report 2021 has been published within Beyçelik Holding and the preparations for the year 2022 have begun. In our Beyçelik Holding Sustainability 2021 Report, UN Development Goals were determined and our short-medium-long-term action plan towards these goals was shared.
